I am a Yoga Alliance certified 200 RYT and I’ve been interested in movement, mindfulness and yoga for most of my life. My teaching style infuses mindfulness and playfulness along with creative and intelligent sequences.

I aspire to help others find a conscious connection between mind, body, and spirit through intentional movement and a focus on breath. While building strength, flexibility and mobility, I also intend to create a safe place for playfulness, softness, and self-exploration. My classes challenge students, while supporting and guiding them at the same time. I hope to guide students through physical and mindful journeys that extend beyond the mat and inspire them with love, gratitude, and joy through yoga. I’ve found yoga to be a process of self-discovery and transformation; I will always be a student of the practice myself and am constantly learning from my students.
