Hi, I’m Ave
I’m a storyteller, whether it be through words, media or movement. I currently work full time as the managing editor of BetterWork Media Group, where I lead the content production of the Chief Talent Officer brand, geared toward senior-level talent professionals. Previously, I served as communications manager at a non-profit organization helping high school students find their passion. I was editor–in-chief at Illinois State University’s student newspaper, The Vidette, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and graduated Summa Cum Laude. I’m also a registered yoga teacher and guide students through physical and mindful journeys that extend beyond the mat. My husband and I reside in Portland, OR where we enjoy weekend hikes on the coast and in the mountains.
